`Bayo Ayoade, FCA, ACTI, AMNIM
He attended Federal Polytechnic Bauchi where he obtained
Higher National Diploma in Accountancy in 1983.

In 1990, he became a member of Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and in 1995, He was
admitted by the Chartered Institute of Taxation of
Nigeria.
He commenced his professional training career with
Samuel Oladehin & Co in 1984 and later finished at
Abiodun Oredein & Co (both being professional firms of
Chartered Accountants) in 1988.
He joined Oluwa Glass Company Plc as an Accountant in
1988. He rose to the position of Senior Management
Accountant and Chief Accountant before he finally
resigned his appointment in December 1993.
He was one of the major actors that computerized the
Management Information System of the Company in 1990/91.
Among other assignments already executed are the
followings:
- Oluwa Glass company Plc, Igbokoda, Ondo
- Sungas Company Limited, Ikeja.
- Quarter House Nigeria Limited, Lagos.
- Ogun State Forestation Project (African Development
Bank and World Bank Assisted Project).
- Lagos State Health System Fund Project Ikeja, Lagos
(World Bank Assisted Project).
- West African Examinations Council, Lagos (Trainer).
- National Electric Power Authority, Abuja (Trainer).
- Organising and executing so many National Workshops on
Contemporary Topical Issues.
Mr. Ayoade, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of
DACA Consults Limited.
He is married with children.

Dayo Adegbaiye,
B.Sc., FCA. AMIN, ACIT
Dayo is a fellow member of the Institute of a
Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. He obtained his first
degree in Economics (Second Class Upper Division) from
University of Ife in1983.

He started his professional training
with KPMG Peat Marwick Ani Ogunde – an
International Firm of Chartered Accountants in 1983.
He later joined ERNST & YOUNG INTERNATIONAL in 1991
While serving these firms, he has handled various Audits
such as Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, First Bank of Nigeria
Plc, Planned Parenthood Federation of Nigeria, Nigerian
National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC
with oil operators – SPDC, Chevron, Elf, Mobil
Producing Nigeria etc, Federal Housing Authority, National
Electrical Power Authority – Supper annuation Fund and
others.
Having worked in Public Practice Sector for upwards of
Twelve years. He worked as head of Financial Accounting
unit; Tax and Internal Audit unit in Pan Ocean Oil
Corporation for six years, Dayo’s experience in both Audit
and Management Advisory Services is vast and enormous.
Mr. Adegbaiye is also a member of several other professional
Bodies such as Nigeria Institute of Management, Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Etc.
Mr. Adegbaiye is a Principal Partner of DACA Consults
Limited.

M.O. Balogun
B. Agric
Ms Mulikat Olubukola Balogun graduated from Obafemi
Awolowo University with Bachelor of Agriculture (Plant
science option) in 1988. She did her Youth Corp Service with
Ondo State Ministry of Education in 1989.

She joined Agro Traders (a Cocoa exporting company) in
1990 as a Cocoa buyer for the company. She served as quality
assurance officer, warehousing officer and finally as export
handling manager. She joined DACA
Consults Limited as a Consultant on Agriculture and
commodity exportation handling matters.
Her experience in both livestock and crop consultancy
services span over ten years. Balogun is currently our
expert on Agriculture advisory services unit of the firm.
She is married with children.
